Thursday September 19th
Welcome Cocktail Party, Sandbox Pool Deck 5:00PM to 8:00PM
Join Mitchell & Amelia as they greet friends and family at this cocktail reception situated alongside the beautiful outdoor swimming pool at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. Sponsored by Arkay for its retreat, all are welcome to participate in this lovely idyll – the start of a wonderful few days on Kauai!
Friday, September 20th
Na Pali Coast Snorkel Sail 6:30AM to 1:30PM
Grab your swimsuits and suntan oil, board transportation at the hotel at 6:30AM, and arrive at Port Allen, Ele’ele, where you’ll set sail around the gorgeous blue waters of Kauai on this one-of-a-kind snorkeling experience. Food and beverages will be served as retreat participants and wedding guests bask in the glow of the morning sun and enjoy all this adventure has to offer. At 1:30PM everyone will board transportation back to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay with stories of one of the best times they’ve ever had!
Saturday, September 21st
Ceremony, Kamani Cove 5:00PM to 6:00PM
The moment everyone has been waiting for has arrived. Located overlooking scenic Kamani Cove, feel free to arrive at 4:45PM for a glass of champagne and then be seated in time for Rabbi Rob to begin the service uniting Mitchell & Amelia at 5PM. Have tissues ready as this devoted couple says their vows and seals their lifelong desire to be committed to one another forever.
Saturday, September 21st
Cocktails & Dinner, Kamani Cove 6:00PM to 9:30PM
And now we celebrate! Following the nuptials, cocktails will be served also in Kamani Cove, and a wonderful dinner will follow, a feast of sumptuous appetizers and entrees to please everyone’s palate. DJ Mac will play your favorite tunes and dancing is on the menu to work off some of those well-worth-it calories in between those delicious courses!

After-Party – Kukui 9:30PM to Midnight
Prolonging the festivities, nobody gets to go to sleep when there is the opportunity to continue celebrating in this special room set aside for you to relax, sip some more cocktails, and enjoy this fun extension to an already magical evening.
